Q: I love your Java images. Will you be making them available as a choice to send as postcards from your site? A: This is something we may do in the future, but for now we do not have any virtual cards with java special effects.
Q: My favorite painting of Royce's is not featured as a choice in your digital postcards. Can you add it?
A: We do make a few changes to our postcard choices
periodically, but as the old saying goes "You can please some of
the people some of the time..."
There is a way you can send your favourite picture without waiting
for us to change our postcard site:
Q: I really like your free digital postcard program. How can I get one for my own site?
A: The postcard program we use is a free cgi script
from the wonderfully-named Big-Nose-Bird site. Just go to
www.bignosebird.com to get the latest version.
Q: I really enjoyed your web page however I wanted to send one of your digital postcards to my daughter but after I finished making the card I couldn't locate the next page to find send button. If you can help me with this I would appreciate it. A: You just need to hit the preview button first. The preview page is there so you can see how the card will look to the recipient. You will be able to check that the text colors are readable, and everything else is working as you expected. The " Send " button is on this preview page.
Q: Do you have sweatshirts, or long-sleeved t-shirts? A: We do not have sweatshirts for now. Long-sleeved t-shirts are not kept in stock, but can be 'special-ordered'. (Add US$2.50 per shirt, and 3-days extra for delivery.)
Q: Do you have any colored shirts, or only white? A: For now we just have white and gray t-shirts. In the future we hope to include colored shirts in our range.
Q: How long does delivery take from New Zealand, and how are the t-shirts sent? A: Packages are send by AirPost International. Delivery times are:
Q: I absolutely adore your Java images. How do you make them? A: Go to http://www.demon.co.uk/davidg/spigots.htm All will be revealed. (There is even a lake-wizard now for quickly and easily creating your own reflections.)
Q: I really love your Java images. I would like to use them as wallpaper on my computer. Can you offer these? A: As far as we know, these java effects can only be viewed in a java-enabled browser. Maybe later versions of Windows and Mac Operating Systems will allow java wallpaper, but for now, we don't think it can be done.
Q: I bought a new computer and noticed your beautiful Java was not coming in correctly on it. What plug in do I need to again see it? I use MSIE 5.0. A: No plugins are required. Check to see if your java is enabled: In MSIE5, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and make sure that Java is ticked.
Q: How do I apply for one of your cool web awards? A: It's very simple. Just email us the URL of your website, and a short paragraph on why you think it is worthy of the award. Depending on our workload, it may take just an hour or a week to get back to you.

Q: Will you ever give out your mailing list to others? A: No. We definitely will NOT sell or give out the names and email-addresses on our mailing list.
Q: I really love a picture you have displayed in one of your Galleries but I do not see it displayed in your "Prints for Sale" section. Is it available? A: Sorry. At this time only the prints shown in the "Prints 4-Sale" section are available. However we certainly would like to have the other images made into prints, especially considering the number of requests that we get, so we are looking into our options. Q: You have the "Leaping Orcas" print listed as "sold out". When will it be available again? A: We have no immediate plans to republish this as a poster. However we are looking at producing Limited Edition RoyceArt Giclee prints, and Leaping Orcas will most likely be included in this collection.

Q: Do you have a Catalog of your prints that you can send out? A: No. At this time we just have our online galleries.
Q: I am a Gemini. I see that you have some of the zodiac signs displayed on your site but I couldn't locate mine. Where is it? A: Gemini has been designed but not yet painted. 5 of the 12 zodiac signs have been completed so far. (Pisces, Aries, Scorpio, Leo and Cancer.) Eventually, the full set will be complete.
Q: I love your art and would like to buy some items. Could you please let me know who sells your stuff in my area. A: We sell the prints & t-shirts ourselves online from our website, and we ship anywhere in the world provided there is a mail delivery service there! We have also licensed out reproduction rights of different images to various manufacturers, so you may come across RoyceArt images on Jigsaw puzzles, T-shirts, key rings, silk scarves & ties, tote bags, coffee mugs, coasters, shower curtains, fridge magnets, screensavers, mousepads etc. Unfortunately we do not know where these products are retailed so we cannot advise you on locations.
Q: Could Royce give me some airbrushing tips?
A: It is so hard to know exactly where a person is in their
experience with the airbrush or their stencilling skills to be able to
give personalised tips that are meaningful and worthwhile.
Eventually Royce would like to write a techniques book but that is
a long way in the future.
Q: I signed your Guestbook, but when I checked my entry, the link to my web page doesn't work, why's that? A: You must enter a complete URL in the address box or it will not link. You must include "http://" in your web address.
